Warranty Terms and Conditions
As with most products people buy, unless regular maintenance is carried out the product will eventually fail. We offer a 5 year warranty on the water filtration systems will sell on the condition that the system is serviced or the replacement cartridges are purchased from us and changed in accordance with our recommendations eg every 12 – 18 months. Please note Labour is covered for 12 months only after this time if a part or component needs replacing under warranty the part will be free but the customer will pay for labour costs or if interstate postage costs.
By doing this, if you ever have a issue with a part or housing etc we will be more than happy to replace the affected part free of charge ( excluding postage costs if not in our service area’s ). Please note – a 1 year warranty is provided on all electrically operated systems eg – water coolers, chillers, distillers and UV ultra violet sterilisers.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear from usage example diverter valves and filter taps unless otherwise specified. All other items carry a 12 month warranty excluding water filter cartridges ( water filter cartridges do not carry any warranty as the life of the filter is dependent on water conditions which vary all over Australia).

- Whole house filter systems – 5 year warranty.
- Shower filters – Plastic shower filters – 1 year warranty, Metal shower filters – 5 year warranty.
- Countertop water filters – 5 year warranty. Not including diverter valve.
- Under sink water filter systems – 5 year warranty. Not including taps
- Reverse osmosis purifiers – 5 year warranty. Not including taps
- Water Coolers and chillers – 1 year warranty.
- Taps – standard designer ceramic disc taps carry a 1 year warranty.
- 3 way taps – 1 year warranty.
- Diverter valves – 1 year warranty.
- Water filter cartridges – filter cartridges do not carry a warranty as they are subject to water conditions. They are warranted against defects however.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 – 5 business days of the order being placed and processed. All items shipped include a tracking ID for safe arrival of your goods. We use Australia Post signature on delivery labels for larger items or Australia Post satchels for all smaller orders. Biopure Water For Life offers free postage Australia wide when ordering your replacement filters or a new water filtration system.
Please note: If you choose to have your order / parcel to be left at your premises and if no one is home or in attendance at the time of delivery we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen property as a result. If Australia post states that the order has been delivered and it goes missing from your address after that fact we are not liable nor is Australia post, you are as the purchaser and the one who provided the address to be delivered to. We are happy to send your order to a work address, residential address or a PO Box / Parcel Locker.
Please note – the products listed on our website are always in stock and ready to be shipped. Covid update – some parts, cartridges and products have delays arriving to us which are out of our control at the moment. If you have ordered something that is not in stock we will phone you and keep you updated with a date for delivery. We thank you for your understanding at this time.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund minus our postage and handling costs to ship the order to you. Items must be in original packaging, undamaged and able to be resold. Alternatively we can exchange the item for you. Please contact us for return address information.
