Twin replacement water filter cartridges available in the standard size 10″ x 2.5″ .   This Pack includes 1 x 0.5 micron poly spun pre filter and 1 x 1 micron absolute carbon water filter cartridge ( 0.5 micron nominal) made from 100% coconut carbon (not a coconut/coal blend) for sweeter tasting water.  Removes chlorine, bad taste and odours, bacteria, colour, cysts and heavy metals such as lead.  In order to remove cryptosporidium and giardia a water filter cartridge must be absolute 1 micron, this cartridge is NSF approved and will remove >99.99% of cysts from the water.  Suitable for countertop water filters and under sink water filter systems.  USA made.
